How long does production take?

Most personalized orders take about 2–4 weeks after payment (and after proof approval, when applicable).

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush options may be available for an additional fee. Contact us at orders@navypaddles.com or 619-756-4363 before ordering so we can confirm timing.

How does customization and the proof process work?

Add your personalization details (names, rank, ship/unit, dates, insignia, etc.) when ordering. Custom work typically includes a proof for your approval before production is finished, so everything is right before it's made.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship near-worldwide. Carrier and timing depend on destination and product size. See our Shipping & Production page for details.

What's the difference between hardwood and softwood paddles?

Hardwood paddles are denser, heavier, and more durable with a premium heirloom feel. Softwood paddles are lighter and more budget-friendly while still looking great on display.
